If you have an existing domain with us you can manage it either at the site above (or if we created it for you) then you can manage it at https://manage.opensrs.net/. SWRebellion Network Updates

Hello everyone,
As you know we recently moved to our new server, and have upgraded a lot of our hardware, software, and even made new changes to all of our network websites, incorporating one login to access them all, and upgrades to our forums software. We would like to thank the hard efforts of Stratus and especially Evaders99 in his efforts for the site updates and long hours put into them.
We are pleased to announce that IRC server has also been upgraded with newer and more reliable software as well and invite you to participate on irc.blazeirc.net in #swrebellion channel discussions.Many of wondered of the status of SWCIC. Evaders99 is in the process of finishing the upgrades on that to work with our new upgrades, including forum software and others. It is estimated that it will be operational once again after Thanksgiving.
Jim Stratus invites you to join a text-based RPG, the Era of the Imperial Republic, an RPG that has been operating since summer of 2001, and until recently, has been closed to the public and invite-only. The RPG recently opened its doors to the public to all users who wish to join, and we are looking for more players. Welcome to the new server!

So what's changed.. not too much for SWR. But it will allow us to continue to expand and host all our wonderful sites.
But what's new:
- the release of our Star Wars Mods site - for all your modifications and more. We want this to be a resource for all mods... we're looking for people to help update Eville's Starship Compendium
We've updated our List of ships for Rebellion, but there are certainly many other things we should put up there.

- the release of a revamped Petroglyph Fan Forums - for our Petroglyph game fans like Empire at War. You'll notice a new section of our forums, it's our PFF group integrated back into one forum. We will work on changes to consolidate the two forums.

The migration of the SWRebellion website AND databases is almost complete. Just about 2.15GB more to go. Our website is huge :) Our database for this site alone is just under 1GB. The forums will be back online once the migration is completed and tested out by Evaders and the other staff members. In the meantime, please come chat with us on IRC. Use your favorite IRC client (xchat, icechat, kvirc, mirc, pidgin, trillian, or the java chat) and point it to iceberg.blazeirc.net. We have moved IRC Services and added an IRC daemon on the Luke server and it is working well. If you noticed downtime, its because we were migrating IRC stuff first to that server and it is now live. Come chat with us on #swrebellion in the meantime and feel free to ask us questions you may have there.
