I never watched the end of the King Kong remake. Maybe its because i don't like monkeys but I found it highly boring.

We saw Juno last weekend. It was really good. It was a really good story, and I could tell that the director was influenced by my favorite comedy film ever, Napoleon Dynamite.

I watched 30 Day of Night this afternoon. I found it was pretty good. A nice change from the usual Vampire flicks.

Watched "the island" a couple of days ago. It started very interesting, but ended in an action-orgy. It´s really sad, because the story had lots of potentional. First Obi Wan as a clone! What an ironie. :D Than the fact that all the clones really had to be alive, to feel, to learn, or they couldn´t use their organs. Another thing which should have been more in touch was when McGregor met that guy of whoms clone he is and has to discover that they are entirely different. That aspect would have been very interesting, why their personalities developed that different to each other. Really lots of potential in that story which was left abandoned just for the sake of an intense "rollercoaster-ride".

I enjoyed The Island. I found it fun and pretty well made though some of the action was OT.

I'm going to see Cloverfield tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Please do. It looks bloody awesome- the whole thing is filled with camcorders, though unlike Road Trip from Hell it uses multiple camcorders. High-budget bastards at Hollywood...

Yes, hide the spoilers or suffer at the hands of the Moderator--because he really wants to see it.

Rented Shoot 'Em Uptoday. It was incredible.

Both action packed, and hilarious.

Well, I went and saw Cloverfield last night and I did like it. How should I put it? It was a "realistic" monster movie, or at least as "realistic" as a monster movie can get. Take Godzilla and mix it with horror elements and what you come up with is basically Cloverfield.

By the way, stay till after the credits and listen very carefully. You won't see anything, but you will hear something. It's faint, be ready for it.

I would post spoilers but I can't seem to get the tags to work.

Much as I hated it, I just found out something awesome about the film The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It's opening gross was 4.2 million dollars. Appropriate? Hell yes that's appropriate! I would have preferred to see it done with the cast of Monty Python as opposed to the guys they used, though. After all, forty-two was chosen as the answer to life, the universe, and everything because Douglass Adams first appeared on Monty Python's Flying Circus during the forty-second episode...

Okay, I'm cutting myself off from Wikipedia.
