Rebellion is currently installable and partially playable in Wine version 0.9.34 which is the current version as of the date of this original posting. (April 9, 2007)

Recommendations:
Use the command wine rebexe.exe -w to start the game in windowed mode.
What works:
Rebellion can be installed.
Movie clips are displayed correctly.
Audio is processed correctly in most circumstances.
Rebellion galactic view is rendered correctly.
Known issues:
Player cannot skip the introduction by C-3PO/Imperial Droid at beginning of the game.
Audio is subject to distortions in some instances.
Rebellion tactical mode crashes the game. Only playable by calculating battle results in galactic interface.
